Our body is a basic musical instrument. Therefore it is effective to start with rhytmics development firstly via techniques that use our body as a simple rhytmic instrument: bodypercussion, voicepercussion, gradually complementing with the play on elementary rhytmic instruments. Music is an instrument, “tuning fork” of the bodies and groups, ideal to support motion, communication, creativity, cooperation and overall health of a human.

“To create means to breathe”.

In this workshop we will jointly explore technologies such as bodypercussion, voicepercussion and play on elementary instruments in the scope of development of motion quality, its pace and dynamics (time = frequency changes, i.e. mainly acceleration and deceleration). We will demonstrate how to use gravitation and your body weight. Via targeted experience form you will discover how able you are to alternate relax and tension (stress management), how we experience fall out of the rhytm (plot – process) and what may help us to return to it, perhaps even to consciously differ it and manaage it. Workshop also shows how to create simple rhytmic games with various  intention, both with and without instruments.
